SUMMER READY CHALLENGE
Get ready for summer!
Join us Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m., April 4 – May 9 for a weigh-in, group discussion, healthy tips, and a get-moving activity. The challenge will include:
- A food/exercise journal to track your exercise, weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat %, and meals.
- Guest speakers on meal prepping, nutrition, and more.
- Healthy recipes, weekly challenges, and prizes.
- Weekly weigh-ins with BMI and body fat readings at the beginning, mid, and end of challenge.
- Facebook closed accountability group for motivation, sharing recipes, and more throughout the week.
- Grand prize for most weight lost and best overall body fat change.
Be sure to wear light weight clothes for weigh-ins. It’s recommended to only eat a light meal approximately two hours before meeting times.
Member: $25 per person
Participant: $40 per person
