Education: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University. Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer; American Heart Association Basic Life Support and CPR, 2008-present.
Michelle is passionate about teaching others the benefits of exercise and leading a balanced lifestyle. She encourages people to find their “inner athlete” and realize that shorter, more intense training can be fun and allow a person much more time to do the things they want to do outside of an exercise facility. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and children gardening and attending their sports events. She also enjoys entertaining friends, camping, cooking and taking pictures.
